The role available is for a Production Crew member focused on working in the Alamo Service Bar as a service bartender. This role is vital to the seamless operation of the theater's food and beverage services. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate various availability needs. As part of the production crew, the primary responsibilities include preparing drinks according to standardized recipes with strict adherence to the company's quality and safety standards. The bartender will manage daily setup, restocking, and cleaning of the bar area to ensure efficiency and compliance with health regulations. Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum legal age requirement of 21 years to serve or handle alcohol
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays with a minimum of 3 days a week and at least one day on a weekend
  • ability to operate safely in a busy and sometimes loud environment
  • stays up-to-date on local beverage compliance regulations and trainings
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to climb stairs

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a high volume restaurant environment
  • proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen or bar environment
  • knowledge of beverage service including state required alcohol training
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
  • positive attitude aligned with company values

Job Duties

  • Prepare guest drink orders according to recipes and specifications
  • clean, organize, and maintain bar equipment including deep cleaning and daily sidework
  • prepare beverage tickets focusing on safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency
  • restock supplies and complete prep and side work
  • assist with food and beverage order delivery and organization
  • uphold company core values and operational guidelines
