Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum legal age requirement of 21 years to serve or handle alcohol
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays with a minimum of 3 days a week and at least one day on a weekend
- ability to operate safely in a busy and sometimes loud environment
- stays up-to-date on local beverage compliance regulations and trainings
- reliable transportation
- ability to climb stairs
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a high volume restaurant environment
- proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen or bar environment
- knowledge of beverage service including state required alcohol training
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
- positive attitude aligned with company values
Job Duties
- Prepare guest drink orders according to recipes and specifications
- clean, organize, and maintain bar equipment including deep cleaning and daily sidework
- prepare beverage tickets focusing on safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency
- restock supplies and complete prep and side work
- assist with food and beverage order delivery and organization
- uphold company core values and operational guidelines
- ensure beverage safety and compliance with health standards and allergy protocols
