Job Requirements

Minimum of 6 months experience as a barback or equivalent relevant experience
Ability to deliver high-quality guest experiences
Strong work ethic
Team player
Ability to work flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
Ability to perform physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs
Effective communication skills
Polished appearance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to take direction and work independently and in a team
