Job Requirements
- Southern Nevada Health Food Handler's certificate
- Passing TAM Nevada training class
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100lbs
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and a 24 x 7 schedule
- Valid TAM card
- Food Handler Safety Training card
Job Qualifications
- Must have Southern Nevada Health Food Handler's certificate
- Must pass TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Nevada training class
- Excellent hospitality and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced service environment
Job Duties
- Assist in the proper set-up and preparation of each central beverage location with applicable supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned locations in compliance with Southern Nevada Health Code and Sphere Food + Merchandise Division expectations
- Assist with proper inventory and stocking of each location
- Fill orders as required
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities per location as directed by management
