Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Physically able to lift and carry supplies and equipment
Willingness to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong work ethic
Basic literacy and numeracy skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality or bar service preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Stock and serve beverages in assigned outlets, maintaining inventory levels of glassware, condiments, and packaged items
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of beverage areas, including cleaning equipment, refrigerators, and floors
Complete necessary paperwork for bar transfers and deliveries while maintaining liquor and supply par levels
Set up and break down portable bars, organize pump room areas, and address guest complaints within authorized scope
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
