Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required
Must possess speed, friendliness and accuracy of service
Must keep areas of responsibility neat and clean at all times
Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
Must present a well-groomed appearance

Job Duties

Works behind the bar to facilitate the smooth flow of service to customers by bartenders and beverage servers
Performs the service of replenishing stock and all cleaning required behind the bar
Checks and maintains the required par stock on assigned station
Obtains replacement stock from the dispensing room and/or warehouse in accordance with established procedures
Maintains cleanliness and order on assigned station
Assists the bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests' special requests
During busy times, icing drink glasses and pouring non-alcoholic drinks
Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies
Demonstrates Caesars Family Style Service
Other duties as assigned
