Job Requirements

Completion of a high school diploma or an equivalent G.E.D.
at least one year of job-related experience
physical aptitude for hoisting and transporting supplies and standing for prolonged periods
good grasp of cash handling and reconciling bank records
commitment to adhering to cleanliness and hygiene standards

Job Duties

Mix and serve drinks according to recipes
keep the bar area clean and organized
ensure efficient bar operations from setup to closing
maintain cleanliness of bar, bar counter, tables, and tools
create fresh garnishes for drinks
stock supplies such as ice, glassware, and paper goods
perform cash counts and complete cashier reports
address discrepancies and secure cash
secure liquor, beer, wine, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas
finish closing duties
