Job Duties
- Mix and serve drinks as per specified recipes
- Keep the bar area clean and organized
- Ensure efficient bar operations from setup until closing
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the bar, bar counter, tables, and tools
- Create fresh garnishes for drinks
- Ensure supplies like ice, glassware, and paper goods are adequately stocked
- Perform cash count at the end of the shift and complete required cashier reports
- Address discrepancies, deposit earnings, and secure cash
- Secure liquor, beer, wine, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas
- Finish closing duties
- Ensure all safety and security policies set by the company are followed accordingly
- Report accidents, injuries, or risks within the workplace
- Fulfill safety training requirements by achieving certifications
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Uphold confidentiality and defend company property
- Greet and respond promptly to guests with courtesy
- Engage in professional communication
- Foster positive workplace interactions
- Promote team unity and address grievances
- Ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Stay active and mobile during shifts
- Perform manual tasks involving objects up to 50 pounds
