Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a nightclub, high-volume restaurant, or large-scale event bar setting
  • leadership, training, and staff management experience for bar managers
  • high-volume bartending experience for bartenders
  • proven speed and efficiency in a fast-paced environment for bar backs
  • proficiency in basic math for measuring ingredients and handling cash
  • strong time management skills
  • excellent customer service and hospitality mindset
  • ability to remain calm under pressure
  • BASSET certification required
  • ability to commute to Chicago, IL 60642
  • comfortable working in a 100% outdoor festival environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage bar operations and staff

  • ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations
  • handle customer transactions accurately using POS systems
