Job Duties
- Manage daily bar operations including inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Hire, train, and inspire a top-tier bar team
- Ensure compliance with all safety, cleanliness, and alcohol regulations
- Design and execute innovative cocktails aligned with Tokyo Pie's brand identity
- Integrate theatrical elements such as fire, smoke, infusions, and elevated garnishing techniques
- Collaborate with ownership to launch seasonal cocktail menus and special events
- Lead from behind the bar during peak nights, setting the tone for service
- Create memorable, high-energy guest interactions
- Build relationships with regulars and cultivate a loyal following
