The venue combines elegance with a warm, personal touch that ensures every visitor feels valued and attended to during their time with us.
The Bar Manager position is a vital role within this private club environment. This role entails overseeing the daily operations of the bar to ensure that each member and guest receives outstanding and personalized service. The Bar Manager is responsible for the smooth functioning of the bar before, during, and after service hours, maintaining impeccable hospitality standards at all times. This individual must be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include supervising bar staff, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with responsible alcohol service regulations, and upholding the club's high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. The position also involves conducting weekly and monthly inventory counts, managing cash and POS transactions accurately, and supporting the Director of Food and Beverage with operational efficiencies.
The role requires someone who is not only attentive and friendly but who also can work well under pressure, maintain a polished appearance, and exhibit enthusiasm in their service. The ideal candidate will have prior bar experience and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Certifications such as ServSafe or ASK in responsible alcohol service are required but may be completed within a designated timeframe after employment begins. The pay range for this position is between $25 and $32 per hour, which includes service charges and gratuity, reflecting the importance and responsibility of the role within the club's operations.

This role is both rewarding and challenging, providing ample growth opportunities within the hospitality industry. The Bar Manager will also handle staff scheduling, training, and foster communication that supports a positive working atmosphere. Physically, the role requires stamina and the ability to handle the demands of a bustling bar, including lifting up to 35-50 pounds and standing for the majority of the day. Overall, this position is ideal for those who are dedicated to excellence in hospitality and eager to contribute to a premier private club experience.
