Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment
  • extensive knowledge of bar menus and drink recipes
  • ability to create new drinks without relying on recipes
  • proven leadership skills to train and manage bar staff effectively
  • strong organizational and inventory management skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Innovate and create new drink menus and propose promotions that align with our brand and local tastes
  • lead and train bartenders and servers on new bar menus, drink preparation, and company standards
  • manage all bar operations from opening to closing, including inventory control, quality checks, and maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic bar area
  • collaborate with the operational team to ensure smooth service and a flawless experience for guests
  • assist managers and team members throughout the shift and complete any additional tasks assigned by supervisors
