Job Duties
- Innovate and create new drink menus and propose promotions that align with our brand and local tastes
- lead and train bartenders and servers on new bar menus, drink preparation, and company standards
- manage all bar operations from opening to closing, including inventory control, quality checks, and maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic bar area
- collaborate with the operational team to ensure smooth service and a flawless experience for guests
- assist managers and team members throughout the shift and complete any additional tasks assigned by supervisors
