At Sushi Masa's Plano, TX location, we are currently seeking a talented and creative Head Barista / Mixologist to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time, salaried position offering a competitive starting pay of $55,000 per year, reflecting the leadership responsibilities and expertise required for the role. The Head Barista / Mixologist will be a crucial part of our operational team, working closely with managers and servers to ensure seamless service and an outstanding guest experience.
The role combines the artistry of crafting exceptional drinks with the science of managing efficient bar operations. Responsible for innovating and creating new drink menus that align with the brand and local tastes, you will lead and train bartenders and servers, ensuring company standards and high-quality drink preparation. Your management duties will include overseeing all bar operations from opening to closing, including inventory control, quality assurance, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at the bar.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment

Job Duties
