Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of bar management or lead bartender experience
  • Knowledge of beverage programs and inventory management
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of bar management or lead bartender experience in a high-volume or upscale setting
  • Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
  • Proven leadership and staff development skills
  • Experience with inventory systems, POS platforms, and cost controls
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for hospitality and guest experience

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute a compelling cocktail, beer, and wine program aligned with the restaurant’s concept
  • Hire, train, and lead bar staff with a focus on service, efficiency, and hospitality culture
  • Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and product selection
  • Control beverage costs, minimize waste, and maintain accurate counts and pars
  • Create bar SOPs, recipes, and training materials
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations
  • Collaborate closely with ownership, culinary leadership, and management
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar at all times
  • Lead by example during service and set the tone for professionalism behind the bar
