Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of bar management or lead bartender experience
- Knowledge of beverage programs and inventory management
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of bar management or lead bartender experience in a high-volume or upscale setting
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Proven leadership and staff development skills
- Experience with inventory systems, POS platforms, and cost controls
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
Job Duties
- Develop and execute a compelling cocktail, beer, and wine program aligned with the restaurant’s concept
- Hire, train, and lead bar staff with a focus on service, efficiency, and hospitality culture
- Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and product selection
- Control beverage costs, minimize waste, and maintain accurate counts and pars
- Create bar SOPs, recipes, and training materials
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations
- Collaborate closely with ownership, culinary leadership, and management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar at all times
- Lead by example during service and set the tone for professionalism behind the bar
