Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in bar management or similar role
- proficiency with POS systems
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

- Proficiency with restaurant POS system including refunding customers, providing discounts, and comping items

- training experience to lead staff onboarding

- management experience in hiring, firing, training, disciplining, and coaching staff

- training or experience with bartending

Job Duties
- Interview and hire bar staff
- develop a specialized hiring process to meet the restaurant's needs
- manage the training of bartenders
- supervise upkeep of guest areas by directing staff to attend to any accidents and personally assist in cleanup
- responsible for shift planning using the scheduling systems to assign waitstaff based on anticipated demand
- direct staff to handle unexpected situations and customer concerns throughout a shift as needed
