Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
- Must be coachable and open to feedback

- Understanding of front-of-house operations and management

Job Duties
- Maintain exceptional knowledge of Craveably Crafted™ food and Uncommon Hospitality
- Maintain CHEERS standards in all front-of-house departments
- Build sales through managing the guest experience
- Maintain bar cleanliness and quality through daily line checks
- Drive opening, closing, and checkout duties to be completed efficiently
- Utilize shift cards and restaurant tools to stay organized and on track
- Visit every table, learn guests' names, promote new items and beers, and remain aware of guests' needs
- Monitor and track daily beer waste, quality, and control costs
- Control and maintain labor costs using HotSchedules for scheduling and team communication
- Coach, teach, and mentor front-of-house team as the Leader in the Window throughout shifts
- Participate in hiring new team members and implement training and testing procedures
- Uphold company standards on personal appearance and attire
- Drive ticket times and team communication
- Support the team by setting up and transitioning shifts appropriately
