Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- this position requires you to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours in length and be able to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- manage and lead restaurant staff to achieve performance goals

- coordinate training and development programs for team members
- maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
- resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
- assist in scheduling shifts and managing labor costs
