Job Requirements

Available to work weekends and evenings and holidays
Must hold current CPR certification or obtain within 60 days of start date
Ability to work well with others
Experience in cash handling and credit cards
Customer service abilities
Experience with bartending and drink menu creation and maintenance
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Ability to communicate with guests and other associates, including reading, writing and speaking

Job Duties

Execute procedures as outlined by management team
Drive sales
Understand and enforce all club and bar rules and guidelines
Supervise the accuracy of inventory for the bar and shake this
Responsible for loss prevention
Handle operations, which include hiring, scheduling, training and management of staff
Responsible for daily register deposits
Attends all staff and club meetings and events
Establish and maintain professional relationships with members/guests and staff
Ensures that all required documentation (daily reports, checklists, etc.) are completed in a timely manner
Ensures bar is clean, maintained and organized at all times
