Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- some college or degree preferred
- two years previous managerial experience preferably in food or bar services industry
- ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- ability to see at various distances and use peripheral vision
- strong communication skills
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- flexibility and mobility in workspace
- ability to work irregular hours including during high-pressure periods
- ability to perform mathematical calculations
- manual dexterity to handle preparation and equipment operation
- ability to bend, reach, and carry heavy trays
- exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold, and cleaning chemicals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- some college or degree preferred

- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food, liquor, beer, and wine
- ability to manage staff and resolve conflicts
- experience with inventory management and cost control
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Duties
- Manage bar operations to achieve sales and profit goals
- provide direction and supervision to back of house staff
- ensure preparation, portioning, and presentation of all beverages meet quality and sanitation standards
- maintain proper inventory levels through correct ordering and usage
- train, develop, and conduct performance reviews for bar and kitchen personnel
- oversee compliance with safety, sanitation, and responsible beverage service regulations
- handle financial accountability including payroll, supplies, inventories, food costs, and expenses
