Job Requirements
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant bar management or bartending experience
- Ability to work late nights and flexible hours including weekends
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of bar safety and compliance standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle bar equipment
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of bar leadership or high-volume bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and spirits
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in staff training and development
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs
- Demonstrated capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Lead a high-energy, consistent, and creative bar program
- Hire, schedule, and develop a strong bar team
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Train bartenders to deliver great drinks and excellent service
- Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and smooth bar operations
