Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand for entire shift up to 10 hours
- Frequent bending and stooping required
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to hear well among loud background noise
- Previous restaurant and bar supervision experience
- Ability to manage stressful situations and multitask
Job Qualifications
- College coursework with bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months restaurant management experience
- Minimum 2 years bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
- Prior experience in purchasing and production
- Knowledge of beverage cost control and inventory management
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and vendors
Job Duties
- Drives sales through local marketing initiatives
- Identifies and implements operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
- Staffs, trains, and develops bartenders and bar team members
- Manages daily bar operations including guest interaction and staff support
- Maintains beverage quality, cleanliness, and inventory control
- Oversees purchasing, receiving, and storage of beverage products
- Acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of General Manager
