Exceptional cocktail and wine knowledge
Strong leadership skills
Proven experience in hiring and training bar teams

Job Duties

Oversee the day-to-day running of our high-volume bar, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink served
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing bartender team
Deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, late-night environment
Create and maintain a strong bar culture that focuses on knowledge, service, and team engagement
Work closely with senior management and the floor team to ensure seamless service
Ensure compliance with all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
Keep the bar menus innovative, seasonal, and exciting, with a strong focus on cocktails and wine
Be a visible leader on the floor, especially during peak trading hours and late-night shifts
