Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and quality food preparation
- manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed
- maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with regulations
- train new kitchen team members and provide ongoing coaching
- collaborate with the general manager to meet restaurant operational goals
- ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with certifications
- monitor kitchen workflow to optimize productivity and guest satisfaction
