Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of bar experience
- Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift up to 10 hours
- Frequent bending and stooping required
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds including beer kegs
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to hear well in noisy environments
Job Qualifications
- College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
- Prior experience in purchasing and production
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of bar equipment operations and maintenance
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- Identify and implement operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
- Staff, train, and develop bartenders and team members
- Manage daily bar operations including guest interactions, scheduling, and maintaining standards
- Ensure beverage quality through cleanliness, organization, and proper inventory management
- Oversee purchasing, receiving, and storage of beverage products
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of General Manager, ensuring overall restaurant operation
- Ensure security procedures protect team members, guests, and assets
