Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of bar experience
  • Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift up to 10 hours
  • Frequent bending and stooping required
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds including beer kegs
  • Must be able to read and write English
  • Must be able to hear well in noisy environments

Job Qualifications

  • College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
  • Prior experience in purchasing and production
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of bar equipment operations and maintenance

Job Duties

  • Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
  • Identify and implement operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
  • Staff, train, and develop bartenders and team members
  • Manage daily bar operations including guest interactions, scheduling, and maintaining standards
  • Ensure beverage quality through cleanliness, organization, and proper inventory management
  • Oversee purchasing, receiving, and storage of beverage products
  • Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of General Manager, ensuring overall restaurant operation
  • Ensure security procedures protect team members, guests, and assets
