This boutique hotel chain emphasizes an authentic, welcoming atmosphere where both guests and staff feel genuinely connected and valued. With a strong focus on inclusivity and a vibrant culture that celebrates individuality and creativity, Kimpton continues to thrive by fostering an environment where employees can be themselves and shine in their roles.
The Beverage Program Manager role at Kimpton is a key position responsible for leading the efficient and effective delivery of their beverage services to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. This role demands a strong leader who can manage all aspects of the beverage program, from selection and pricing of liquors and wines to staff management and financial oversight. The manager will be integral in delivering exceptional service quality, maintaining consistent execution, and creating an inviting environment that aligns with Kimpton's high standards. The role also includes creating annual marketing strategies aimed at expanding sales opportunities and maximizing the potential of existing markets, reflecting a combination of operational expertise and innovative marketing skills.
Moreover, the Beverage Program Manager will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff, encouraging a culture of continuous growth and excellence. Collaboration with management, accounting teams, and kitchen staff is crucial to ensure superior guest experiences through excellent food and beverage quality and presentation. This position calls for a proactive individual with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead teams effectively while contributing to the financial health of the restaurant through diligent cost control practices. Working in this dynamic environment offers professionals an opportunity to join a company that values passion, creativity, and diversity, with flexible scheduling that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the demands of hospitality service.
