Job Requirements
- Previous bar manager or service management experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
- Computer knowledge including Excel, Windows and POS systems
- Results driven, trustworthy and team oriented
- Ability to engage and develop team members
- Must be passionate about the hospitality industry
- Must be able to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs
- Pre-employment screening including drug test, criminal background check and employment reference verification required
Job Qualifications
- Previous bar manager or service management experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
- Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Windows, and POS systems
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Passion for hospitality and customer service excellence
- Ability to engage and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn profit and loss statements, forecasting, and budgeting
Job Duties
- Coach teammates on guest experience delivery
- Anticipate and resolve guest issues
- Interact with guests and solicit feedback
- Manage restaurant facilities and maintenance
- Model standards and values for team
- Train staff on new menu items and operational standards
- Write staff schedules
- Motivate and provide performance feedback
- Develop leadership skills in self and others
- Establish and communicate financial goals
- Review sales trends and initiate growth strategies
- Conduct administrative duties supporting restaurant operations
