Job Requirements

  • Previous bar manager or service management experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
  • Computer knowledge including Excel, Windows and POS systems
  • Results driven, trustworthy and team oriented
  • Ability to engage and develop team members
  • Must be passionate about the hospitality industry
  • Must be able to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs
  • Pre-employment screening including drug test, criminal background check and employment reference verification required

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bar manager or service management experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Windows, and POS systems
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Passion for hospitality and customer service excellence
  • Ability to engage and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding or willingness to learn profit and loss statements, forecasting, and budgeting

Job Duties

  • Coach teammates on guest experience delivery
  • Anticipate and resolve guest issues
  • Interact with guests and solicit feedback
  • Manage restaurant facilities and maintenance
  • Model standards and values for team
  • Train staff on new menu items and operational standards
  • Write staff schedules
  • Motivate and provide performance feedback

  • Review sales trends and initiate growth strategies
  • Conduct administrative duties supporting restaurant operations
