The Bar Manager role at TGI Fridays is a vital leadership position responsible for managing all bar operations to create the best corner bar in town. This full-time position offers an annual salary of up to $60,000, reflecting the significance of the role within the overall restaurant operations. The Bar Manager supervises a team of bartenders to ensure prompt service and accurate preparation of beverages while maintaining high standards of responsible alcohol service. Job Requirements

  • College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of bar experience
  • Prior experience in purchasing and production
  • Ability to walk and stand during entire shift
  • Frequent bending and stooping
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Must be able to read and write English
  • Must be able to hear well among loud noise
