Job Requirements
- 3+ years of bar management or lead bartender experience
- strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- proven leadership skills
- experience with inventory and POS systems
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and organizational skills
- passion for hospitality and guest service

- strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- proven leadership and staff development skills
- experience with inventory systems, POS platforms, and cost controls

- strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- passion for hospitality and guest experience
Job Duties
- Develop and execute a compelling cocktail, beer, and wine program aligned with the restaurant’s concept
- hire, train, and lead bar staff with a focus on service, efficiency, and hospitality culture
- manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and product selection
- control beverage costs, minimize waste, and maintain accurate counts and pars
- create bar SOPs, recipes, and training materials
- ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations
- collaborate closely with ownership, culinary leadership, and management
- maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar at all times
- lead by example during service and set the tone for professionalism behind the bar
