Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of bar management or lead bartender experience
  • strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
  • proven leadership skills
  • experience with inventory and POS systems
  • ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • passion for hospitality and guest service

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of bar management or lead bartender experience in a high-volume or upscale setting
  • strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
  • proven leadership and staff development skills
  • experience with inventory systems, POS platforms, and cost controls
  • ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • passion for hospitality and guest experience

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute a compelling cocktail, beer, and wine program aligned with the restaurant’s concept
  • hire, train, and lead bar staff with a focus on service, efficiency, and hospitality culture
  • manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and product selection
  • control beverage costs, minimize waste, and maintain accurate counts and pars
  • create bar SOPs, recipes, and training materials
  • ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations
  • collaborate closely with ownership, culinary leadership, and management
  • maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar at all times
  • lead by example during service and set the tone for professionalism behind the bar
