Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant management experience in upscale dining or hospitality
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a luxury service setting
- Extensive knowledge of beverage programs including craft cocktails wine and spirits
- Strong organizational multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with health safety and alcohol regulations
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day bar and dining room operations ensuring seamless service and adherence to luxury brand standards
- Lead train and inspire bar and wait staff to deliver world-class hospitality and beverage experiences
- Develop schedules manage staff performance and foster a positive professional team culture
- Ensure compliance with health safety and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain cleanliness organization and ambiance to high-end dining standards
- Curate and maintain a premium beverage program featuring craft cocktails fine wines and top-shelf spirits
- Manage inventory purchasing and vendor relationships for product consistency and cost control
- Track inventory levels order supplies and manage budget forecasts
- Deliver attentive knowledgeable and refined guest service
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Engage personally with guests to build lasting relationships
