Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant management experience in upscale dining or hospitality
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a luxury service setting
- Extensive knowledge of beverage programs including craft cocktails wine and spirits
- Strong organizational multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with health safety and alcohol regulations
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
