Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- Kitchen Managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- Position reports to General Manager

Job Qualifications

- Conduct training and development programs for kitchen team members
- Monitor inventory and maintain supplies
- Oversee food preparation quality and presentation
- Collaborate with the General Manager to meet restaurant goals
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
