Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • Kitchen Managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
  • Position reports to General Manager

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage kitchen staff and daily kitchen operations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations
  • Conduct training and development programs for kitchen team members
  • Monitor inventory and maintain supplies
  • Oversee food preparation quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to meet restaurant goals
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
