At Smokey Bones, employees enjoy numerous benefits designed to support their professional development and personal wellbeing. These include flexible scheduling, immediate access to employee perks from day one such as free meals on shifts and meal discounts, and a comprehensive employee assistance program offering counseling and crisis helpline services.
