  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
