The Bar Manager role at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club is a pivotal position within their Food & Beverage department. This position involves overseeing the operations of multiple bars, restaurants, and lounges, ensuring a seamless and memorable beverage experience for guests. The ideal Bar Manager takes pride in curating and managing a comprehensive beverage program that includes both alcoholic and non-alcoholic selections. They are responsible for sourcing clients, building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with patrons as well as vendors and suppliers, and collaborating closely with the Chef de Cuisine and F&B Director to deliver a well-balanced, enticing food and beverage offering. This role demands a deep passion for wines, beers, and spirits, with a particular emphasis on expertise in Italian wines and French champagnes.
The Bar Manager must be highly adaptable and flexible, demonstrating exceptional credibility and respect within the team and among guests. Extensive food knowledge complements their beverage expertise, facilitating cohesive menu pairings and superior service standards. This role requires a minimum of three years' experience in food and beverage management within a hotel setting, although a Hospitality Management degree is preferred but not essential with relevant experience. Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience in food and beverage management in a hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of Italian wines and French champagnes

Job Duties

- Work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to create balanced and well-presented food and beverage selections
- Manage the resort's entire beverage program, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic offerings
- Ensure high standards of service and presentation across all beverage outlets
