Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Prior front of house and back of house management experience
- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant experience
- Supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow directions with focused attention
- Ability to motivate employees to work collaboratively as a team
- Ability to maintain a calm and tactful demeanor during difficult situations
- Adherence to company uniform attire and appearance standards
- Completion of ongoing certifications and validations such as LTO and new menu trainings
- Proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications
- Basic knowledge and ability to discuss beer, wine, and spirits intelligently
- Aptitude for driving sales through guest cultivation and retention
- Ability to stand or walk 100 percent of the time
- Ability to communicate with other line positions for about 80 percent of the time
- Ability to work at approximately 36 inch table and stove heights
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving reaching, bending, stooping, wiping
- Capability to perform in a high pace, high pressure environment while maintaining quality and speed standards
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds from floor to waist level, including stairs
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure consistent, high-quality beverages are served to customers
- Manage and track inventory to ensure adequate stock
- Create a welcoming environment for guests and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Train and supervise bar staff so they are knowledgeable about product and policies
- Oversee the cleanliness of the bar area while being alert for possible health hazards and regulation violations
