Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- current alcohol and food certification meeting state requirements for kitchen managers
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds
