The Bar Manager role is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar's day-to-day operations. The primary goal of the Bar Manager is to ensure that guests receive consistent, high-quality beverages and superior customer service. This role involves managing inventory, supervising bar staff, maintaining compliance with alcohol and health regulations, and controlling operational costs to maximize profitability. Beyond managing daily operations, the Bar Manager is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with OSHA, HACCP, Food and Alcohol safety regulations, and internal policies. They work closely with general management to ensure smooth functioning of the bar area, timely restocking through vendor management, and support in financial handling such as cash deposits and petty cash management. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- prior front of house and back of house manager experience
- 3 plus years of restaurant experience
- supervisory experience

Job Duties
- Ensure consistent, high-quality beverages are served to customers
- manage and track inventory to ensure adequate stock
