The role available is targeted at individuals with 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment, or hospitality industry who are ready for the next step in their career. As part of the leadership team, this position involves supervising operations to ensure that every guest receives exceptional service and enjoys high-quality meals. The role requires a strong focus on team collaboration, training, and daily operational standards to meet both company expectations and state regulatory requirements. This position reports directly to the General Manager and requires candidates to maintain valid certifications in responsible alcohol service and food safety, as mandated by state law. Kitchen managers must hold current alcohol and food certifications consistent with state regulations. The job demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand and maintain mobility for up to 12 hours at a time and lift between 25 to 50 pounds as needed. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
