The role available is ideal for individuals with 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment, or hospitality industries who are ready to step into a leadership position. The position requires effective team management skills, adherence to food safety and alcohol service regulations, and the physical stamina to handle demanding shifts. Kitchen Managers are required to hold current certifications meeting state requirements for alcohol and food safety. The position calls for someone capable of standing and moving briskly for up to 12 hours, as well as lifting between 25 to 50 pounds. Job Requirements
