The establishment boasts an extensive collection of rare spirits, wines, and expert mixology, rivaling the top dining destinations in the country. Guests can enjoy the elegant ambiance across two floors, including the sophisticated Brohan's cocktail lounge on the top floor, both providing expansive views of the Ford Amphitheater and breathtaking mountain scenery. This unique venue blends world-class performances with high-energy dining, creating a landmark experience for both locals and visitors.

The successful candidate will be passionate about mixology, dedicated to mentoring and developing the bar team, and skilled in managing a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, cost management, and vendor relationships to maintain high product availability and quality. The Bar Manager will also train staff on cocktail techniques, responsible service, and emerging trends to foster a knowledgeable, curious team. Additionally, collaboration with culinary and events teams will ensure bespoke beverage experiences for private dining and special occasions.
