The role of Bar Manager/Service Manager at Smokey Bones is an integral leadership position focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience and operational excellence. This role entails coaching team members on guest interactions, anticipating and resolving issues, and maintaining high standards across all facets of the restaurant environment. Job Requirements

  • Previous bar manager or service management experience in a full service restaurant with a full bar
  • Computer knowledge including Excel, Windows, POS
  • Results driven, trustworthy and team oriented
  • Ability to engage and develop team members and coach in adherence to company policies
  • Passionate about hospitality industry
  • Able to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs
  • Pre-employment screening required post offer

Job Duties
