Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Must obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration
- Knowledge of wines and spirits
- Cash handling experience
- Understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, and garnishments
- Knowledge of soda, juice, and liquor guns
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to obtain required work cards and Gaming Registration
- Knowledge of wines and spirits
- Experience in cash handling
- Understanding of alcohol classes, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, and garnishments
- Familiarity with soda, juice, and liquor guns
Job Duties
- Prepares and serves drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with company and health department standards
- Provides food service and extensive beverage preparation
- Handles Wildcard signups with a high guest service emphasis
- Processes transactions using the company P.O.S. system and manages cash variances
- Keeps the bar stocked with no product overages or shortages
- Maintains proper health standards and a safe work environment
- Communicates effectively with guests and team members
