Minimum age of 21
Ability to communicate effectively
Must obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration
Knowledge of wines and spirits
Cash handling experience
Understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, and garnishments
Knowledge of soda, juice, and liquor guns

Job Duties

Prepares and serves drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with company and health department standards
Provides food service and extensive beverage preparation
Handles Wildcard signups with a high guest service emphasis
Processes transactions using the company P.O.S. system and manages cash variances
Keeps the bar stocked with no product overages or shortages
Maintains proper health standards and a safe work environment
Communicates effectively with guests and team members
