Job Requirements
- Six months or more experience bartending
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours
- Bartending license not required to start

Job Duties
- Meet the company standard for excellent guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following proper state and federal regulations
- Learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine varieties, and spirits
- Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company serving size standards
- Check guest's ID to verify minimum age requirement for alcohol purchase
- Communicate a cut-off to guests as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
- Contact management if unable to resolve issues beyond standard decision-making
- Request additional product or restock products as required
- Handle cash accurately and maintain the bar's issued bank
- Maintain clean and sanitary workstation and bar equipment
- Perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with cooler organization
- Other duties as assigned
