Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum six months bartending or beverage service experience
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- knowledge of state and federal alcohol service laws
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- must be personable and professional

- Six months or more bartending experience
- accurate cash handling skills
- ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work self-directed in a team environment
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours
- bartending license not required to start
Job Duties
- Meet the company standards for guest service, interaction with coworkers, and uniform standards
- follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide service
- serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and state/federal regulations
- learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine, and spirits
- pour drinks responsibly according to company standards
- check guest's ID to verify minimum age requirements
- communicate service cut-offs to guests as needed
- respond to customer requests or concerns
- de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
- request additional product or restock as required
- handle cash accurately and maintain issued bar bank
- maintain clean and sanitary work station and bar equipment
- assist with set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and cooler organization
- perform other duties as assigned
