They also monitor beverage quality, pricing accuracy within point-of-sale systems, and support a safe, clean, and regulated environment conducive to responsible alcohol consumption.
The ideal candidate possesses at least three years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in hospitality venues focused on bars, concessions, catering, or event services. Experience in convention centers or large event venues is highly advantageous. The successful candidate must exhibit excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced event-driven atmosphere. Communication skills, both verbal and written, strong team management abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems are also important qualifications.
