Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
ability to stand for extended periods
flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
good communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
willingness to follow health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage preferred, but not required
ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods
strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
team player mentality with excellent communication skills
flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
basic knowledge of spirits and bar tools is a plus

Job Duties

Restock bar supplies such as liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, mixers, ice, glassware, napkins, and straws
prepare the bar for service by setting up stations, organizing tools, and ensuring cleanliness
clean and sanitize bar surfaces, tools, and equipment throughout the shift and during closing
empty trash bins, change kegs, and remove empty bottles and boxes to keep the workspace safe and uncluttered
assist with inventory counts and deliveries, ensuring items are correctly received and stored
support bartenders during busy periods by running drinks, retrieving ingredients, or bussing bar seating areas
ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverage items
maintain a professional and positive demeanor while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
