The Bar Beverage Attendant position at the Raleigh Convention Center under Sodexo Live offers a part-time opportunity with a pay range of $13 to $14 per hour.   • Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations

Job Duties

  • Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
  • Collect empty glasses from the bar and wash glassware as necessary to ensure an adequate supply to serve customers
  • Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks employing the first-in, first-out (FIFO) system
  • Restock bar/designated station with supplies and transport supplies to bar set-up area
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, and refrigeration and storage areas to comply with health code standards
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
