Job Requirements

Previous experience in food and beverage service
TABC certification or ability to obtain
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to handle multiple orders efficiently
Must follow safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is required, with bartending experience highly preferred
Comprehensive understanding of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, preparation techniques, appropriate glassware, and bar equipment, including knowledge of legal regulations for alcohol service (TABC certification or ability to obtain is required)
Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
Basic proficiency with computer systems for order processing and inventory tracking
Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks according to recipes and guest preferences
Create and recommend unique cocktails tailored to guest tastes
Ensure all drinks meet the highest quality presentation standards
Greet and engage guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude, and providing personalized service
Take drink orders from guests and servers, answering inquiries about menu options
Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally to ensure satisfaction
Set up the bar at the beginning of each shift, ensuring that all equipment, garnishes, and supplies are ready for service
