Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Frequent reaching, bending, and stooping required to serve guests and perform side work
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds regularly
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently between dining and kitchen areas
- Manual dexterity required for handling small items and operating point-of-sale systems
- Work is performed in a fast-paced indoor and outdoor environment
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Food handler's certification
- Excellent customer service and people skills required
- Good working knowledge of beverages and a willingness to learn
- Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively
- Ability to read menus, safety documents, etc.
Job Duties
- Welcome each guest and be aware of tone and body language at all times
- Support service at the bar before during and after the shift
- Anticipate guests' needs and acknowledge guests so they know you will be right with them
- Complete all side work as assigned
- Communicate with other staff and management regarding the needs of the guest
- Other duties as assigned
