Sidecar Social is an innovative and dynamic high-end hospitality establishment located at The Star in Frisco. As a vibrant social hub, it offers a unique blend of craft cocktails, scratch-kitchen plates, and a lively atmosphere complete with an enormous patio, live music, private karaoke rooms, and classic gaming activities such as pop-a-shot, foosball, darts, cornhole, and live sports featured on 18-foot screens. This restaurant and entertainment venue is the newest concept from a rapidly expanding company which also owns BoomerJack's Grill, a popular chain of casual sports bars, and Bedford Ice House, a renowned live music venue. We are currently seeking passionate and energetic Bar Backs/Bussers to join our dedicated and hard-working team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring a polished and seamless guest experience by supporting bartenders and front-of-house staff with essential duties such as bar prep, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness and organization across various service areas. Job Duties

Provide an "All Out" polished guest experience through focus on the details
Work as part of a team for efficiency, engagement, hospitality, and "All Out Fun."
Support the bar by prepping, stocking, cutting fruit, changing and rotating kegs (Bar Back)
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bars, service stations, dry storage, cold storage, prep storage, and all other work stations
Arrive at work on time, in uniform with a polished appearance
Maintain clean, dry, hazard free floors throughout the restaurant
Maintain clean, guest-ready tables throughout the dining and cocktail areas
Listen to the guest and provide "Rock Star Service" that’s just for them
