We are currently seeking energetic, experienced, and polished service industry professionals to join our team as Bar Backs and Bussers. As a Bar Back/Busser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our bars and dining areas, ensuring guests receive impeccable service every time they visit.
The Bar Back/Busser position involves a variety of responsibilities, including supporting the bar by prepping and stocking supplies, cutting fruit, changing and rotating kegs, and maintaining cleanliness and organization across multiple workstations such as bars, service stations, dry and cold storage, and prep areas. Attention to detail and a commitment to keeping floors dry and hazard-free as well as maintaining guest-ready tables are essential to providing a polished and safe environment for both guests and team members.
This role requires punctuality, a polished appearance in uniform, and a genuine care for flawless execution of all food and beverage recipes, ensuring they are delivered perfect to the guest every time. Job Duties
- Provide an all star polished guest experience through focus on the details
- Work as part of a team for efficiency, engagement, hospitality, and great fun
- Deliver a personalized culinary experience every time by becoming an expert in what we offer
- Support the bar by prepping, stocking, cutting fruit, changing and rotating kegs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bars, service stations, dry storage, cold storage, prep storage, and all other work stations
- Arrive at work on time, in uniform with a polished appearance
- Maintain clean, dry, hazard free floors throughout the restaurant
- Maintain clean, guest ready tables throughout the dining and cocktail areas
- Listen to the guest and provide all star service that’s just for them
