The Bar Back/Busser position at BoomerJack’s Grill & Bar is an exciting opportunity for energetic service industry professionals who enjoy fast-paced, fun environments and who take pride in providing excellent hospitality. This role is crucial in supporting the bar and dining area operations by ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Key responsibilities include prepping and stocking the bar, cutting fruit, changing and rotating kegs for bar maintenance, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service stations, storage areas, and work stations. Additionally, the Bar Back/Busser plays a pivotal role in ensuring that guest tables and cocktail areas are kept clean and ready for new patrons, while also maintaining safe and hazard-free floors throughout the restaurant.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high energy restaurant/bar

Job Duties

  • Provide an all star polished guest experience through focus on the details
  • Work as part of a team for efficiency, engagement, hospitality, and great fun
  • Deliver a personalized culinary experience every time by becoming an expert in what we offer
  • Support the bar by prepping, stocking, cutting fruit, changing and rotating kegs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bars, service stations, dry storage, cold storage, prep storage, and all other work stations
  • Arrive at work on time, in uniform with a polished appearance
  • Maintain clean, dry, hazard free floors throughout the restaurant
  • Maintain clean, guest ready tables throughout the dining and cocktail areas
  • Listen to the guest and provide all star service that’s just for them
