Job Requirements

  • Must be knowledgeable in preparation of alcoholic beverages including adhering to all state federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
  • Basic mathematical skills necessary to ensure proper delivery amounts understand portion sizes and assist with inventory
  • Sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms in order to use a knife pick up glassware and bottles scoop ice tap kegs and extend arms overhead to stock items
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate in English in order to provide service as requested by bartenders managers and guests
  • Ability to read and comprehend safe-handling instructions of products and equipment
  • Ability to grasp bend lift and or carry or otherwise move or push goods on hand cart truck weighing a maximum of 200 lbs

Job Duties

  • Prepare perishable garnishes fruits and juices according to business levels
  • Assist in maintaining adequate supplies for the bar and bartenders
  • Retrieve and verify orders from storeroom for accuracy
  • Store products properly and in designated areas
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health standards in bar areas
  • Scoop and transport ice to service areas
  • Wash dishes and redistribute to appropriate areas as needed
  • Assist with additional duties as requested by management
